Our
Sleep Disorders Lab opened in June, 1997. The lab is located at the CHWC
Montpelier Hospital in space dedicated solely for the Sleep Disorders
program. Since 1997 the original one bedroom lab has added a second bedroom
to better accommodate patient demand.
The CHWC Sleep Disorders Lab is a full service facility with state of
the art digital diagnostic technology and fully trained sleep technicians.
The Director is a Registered Respiratory Technologist and a Registered
Polysomnographer. This means we can conduct and score the tests with the
highest quality. Our Medical Director is Hardev S. Sroa, M.D. Dr. Sroa
is board certified in sleep medicine and is a member of Midwest Community
Health Associates in Bryan, Ohio. Dr. Sroa is one of several physicians
who refer patients to the lab.
Sleep evaluations are an outpatient procedure. Referrals for sleep evaluations
can be made through your family physician or by contacting the hospital.

The
Archbold Sleep Lab is a dedicated two bed lab located at the CHWC Archbold
Hospital. The Medical Director is Vijay K. Mahajan, MD and he is board
certified in sleep medicine. Sleep evaluations are an outpatient procedure.
Referrals for sleep evaluations can be made through your family physician.
