Program:
Health Insurance Claims and paperwork can be overwhelming. CHWC has
developed a service of Insurance Counselor to assist our community.
Our counselors are experienced in helping families complete insurance
claim forms and can provide guidance for submitting claims to
insurance carriers. This is free of charge to any person.
We're
Not Limited to Bills from CHWC
Our
Insurance Counselor is trained to help with all types of medical
bills. The service is not limited to bills from CHWC. If you have a
concern about any doctor or hospital bill you can contact us for
assistance. We will do whatever is possible to help you.
Appointments
We
recommend you make an appointment, however, walk-ins will be accepted
on a first-come, first served basis. Special arrangements can be made
for after hour's appointments and for shut-ins.
